“The tiles look great. I can't give the product itself 5 stars as there was a problem with some of the tiles, however the service from Tile Mountain in resolving the problem was excellent. I would certainly give 5/5 for service and would happily buy from them again.”
“Tiles are some of the easiest to cut that I’ve encountered. They look great in place, very pleased.
Unfortunately there were a lot of breakages in transport which was dealt with very quickly and professionally by tile mountain. However, I’m now left with over a box of tiles I don’t need (and taken loads of broken ones to the recycling centre). It would help if more time was given before having to make a choice between a refund or replacement on the broken tiles - just a thought?”
