“Look lovely when finished but lots of imperfections in the glaze, particularly in the corners where the tiles have rubbed in the packaging. One obvious breakage which was reported but probably 15% of tiles had chips or surface damage but tile mountain will only accept one claim, however you cannot unpack every box on arrival yet you need to report obvious damage ASAP or you cannot get the replacements in time to complete the job. Disappointed as had to use tiles I would have rejected. Packaging needs to be better.”

“We are really happy with these tiles, the unique look of Carrara Marble is replicated by them. The tiles are great quality being easy to work with in the utility room which had lots of cuts around pipes and sockets. Also we’re happy with the service which is available on the easy to use website in our opinion another great project thanks for your help”
