We are sorry to see that you have experienced some problems with the tiles.
We recommend cutting porcelain tiles using a diamond-tipped wet-wheel cutter that is large enough to fully support them on all sides.
We do always advise customers to let us know of any problems as they occur, as we do always try to do what we can to resolve any such issues.
