“Beware - these tiles do not have straight edges and are of different lengths, so involved a lot more work for the tilers to get the grout lines to line up and the finished product is not perfect. Yes the tiles look nice but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.”
We are sorry to see that you have experienced some problems laying your tiles. The tiles are not rectified, and so can vary slightly in terms of calibration within a batch, but we are sorry if you were not aware of this until now.
We would always advise that customers let us know of any problems they encounter as soon as possible, and that they cease installation if they are unhappy.
