We thought it was taking a risk buying on line but the sample service is great. We ordered two sample tiles, which arrived the following day. We chose one of these and placed our order. Very quick response, delivered when they said. Absolutely no problems. The tiles look amazing and are every bit as good as the expensive ones upstairs. What a great company.
