We are very sorry for any damages you may have received with your delivery. As long as we are notified, within 48 hours of delivery, we will happily issue any replacements that are needed at our cost.
“Nice looking tile with good marble effect. Nicely rectified helps keep grout line narrow. Here’s the but, a lot of the tiles are actually bent/curved with the high section in the middle, it given a major problem on this site as they are laid brick bond. The high centre section meeting the Lower end of adjacent side tiles give a real lippage problem. Committed to laying these as fault wasn’t apparent until into the job, so it’s not every tile but quite a lot. Will the client accept this?”
