“I bought these tiles for a bathroom after receipt of a sample which arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. We haven't put the tiles up yet, however, I want to comment on Tile Mountain's Customer Service. Unfortunately I ordered 8 square meters of the mosaic instead of 8 linear meters. After a sleepless night I phoned Customer Services who intercepted the order, changed it and refunded me - no questions asked. The lady I spoke to listened and was keen to help. I am enormously grateful. The tiles were delivered as promised. Will now order tiles for the kitchen floor. Thank you.”
