“We love the look of these tiles, but we didn't consider how the embossed edge would affect the fitting of appliances. Our plumber says its manageable but not ideal as you can imagine. We will lay them horizontally, to mitigate this.”
“I recently purchased tiles from Tile Mountain, and I must say they are absolutely beautiful! The quality and design exceeded my expectations, and they look stunning in my space.
Customer service was top-notch—10/10! They were helpful, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. However, the delivery process could use some improvement. Unfortunately, a few tiles arrived cracked, and while Tile Mountain promptly replaced them, the same issue happened with the second delivery. Luckily, I had ordered extra, so my project was completed on time.
Overall, a great experience with a fantastic product and excellent customer support. Just be prepared for potential breakages during transit. Would still highly recommend!”
“These tiles look completely different in real life. They are a lot darker to the point that I thought they delivered the wrong product. Would highly recommend ordering a sample. I ordered bathroom furniture to match the tiles in the picture. Luckily they still match well enough for me to get away with it. Three stars for the good quality tile.”
