In less than a minute the kind voice of Iqra Afzal answered and helped me through the change I wanted to make in my order, she was very fast and efficient and sent a refund as the tiles I swapped were less expensive than the one I had chosen in the first place. I am very happy with the tiles, they look very nice and the builder said they looked good quality ( but are not up yet). Great service and company!”
“For the price, they're great. The only downside is there are tiny dots over the whole surface - kind of like a grainy picture. It's faint and only really noticeable close up so not a big deal.
Ordered a full sized sample, which arrived quickly. Then put in our full order. Postage was more than I was expecting, but they are quite heavy so it's understandable.”
