“Very nice coloured grout. Provided a great contrast with both of white and green tiles without having to mess with different colours. Looked dark against the white tiles but light against the green. Told it was very easy to apply too.”
“Contrary to the photo of one bag of tile grout my order was for a couple of hundred pounds worth of floor leveler, grout and tile adhesive. Their website was full of all of the information needed about each product. Easy to use and easy to order with a confirmed delivery date. Their website also allowed for the customer to leave specific instructions for the delivery drivers incase they happened not to be in when the delivery arrived. To cut a long story short, I left instructions for the driver and he chose to ignore them and drive off with my order. I rang the delivery company at 4pm on the Friday when I realised the delivery hadn't been dropped and was assured it would be delivered on the Saturday morning. It never arrived. I rang again to be told I hadn't been down for a Saturday drop. I asked if I was down for first thing monday delivery and i wasn't, in fact I wasn't down for delivery at all on the Monday. I was told to ring again at 8am on the Monday. I duly did this to be told again that I wasn't having my order delivered on Monday either. At this point I had just about had enough and insisted that they courier my order to me as my tiler was starting that morning. The company that tile mountain use for their deliveries agreed and I received the items at 10.30 Monday morning.
A tile mountain customer care representative rang me on the Tuesday to ask if everything had been delivered on time and received my sorry story. She was so apologetic and explained that tile mountain out-source for their deliveries and that she would be speaking with the company responsible for my delivery and ensuring that no other customer experienced the same difficulties. Tile mountain should be applauded for their customer aftercare service and as such I will be a returning customer.”
