“Tile was advertised as 3 inches by 12 inches, in actuality the measure just short of 3 inches and 11.75 inches long. When I called questioning this I was told that the manufacture must have altered the measurements and not told the tile club. I did question the tile clubs quality control protocols. I was given a 5% discount which added up to $4.00. Be aware that the measurements can be off.”
I am sorry to hear that there was some confusion about the tile size. Please note that all the sizes on the website are nominal, they refer to the approximate size of tile, but might be a little smaller. Thank you for understanding
