“Before ordering tile called and spoke to customer service to make sure that I was ordering correct amount of tile. Was told in needed 77 sheets of tile for small backsplash area which was way too much. I reconfirmed dimensions of the area and was told by rep to just use the tile calculator on website. Calculator had me order 8 sheets, which sounded correct. Installer came and I needed 10 pieces to finish the job. Had to reorder and pay expedited shipping, and pay installer $100 for return trip fee. Out $135 as result of incorrect info from both customer service rep and tile calculator. Never received reply to my notes I added to replacement order. Tile was beautiful though.”
