“The tile is quality and beautiful. Damaged tile was returned and new pieces were received that were wrapped better, we blamed FED EX. We do like the company's 15% re-stock charge and would hope they think about this. We will not purchase from them again given this charge. We returned some grout and had to pay shipping back and then the 15% restock charge. Hardly worth returning.”
