“The tiles were extremely big and could not be used for a shower floor, as indicated on the site. You responded to my last review regarding the exorbitant cost of shipping, which I paid twice by indicating that I should have known since I ordered a sample. What you failed to realize is the sample came so late that I had to place my order before receiving the sample. It came the next day. I tried to phone you on several times the day after placing the full order to cancel the order. You never responded to my email or my phone message. This could have been avoided as I know you had not processed my order one day later.”
