“Delivery of my replacement Takane movement was very quick. Well packed, no damage in transit. I decided on another Takane. The last one lasted fifteen years and kept perfect time.”
“I have in the past had some problems, but I put that down to user error.
DONT turn the hands to change the time, use the small wheel on the rear of the mechanism.
Also, I am trying to get movements with a continuous second hand sweep, not a stepped one.
