“The Shirakabegura and Choya Sparkling Plum Wine are very similar to a sparkling Moscato. These bottles are both sweet and crisp. The Fukucho Seaside bottle has a slightly cloudy appearance and tastes far more like traditional sake. The Fukucho is not sweet.”
