“This is a terrific way to sample 6 different brews. If you are curious and don’t want to go all in with a 720ml bottle, try this. It’s the same great premium sake but presented in affordable 300ml bottles. I have an extension bottle collection. So many now that it takes up a heck of a lot of room. By contrast a friend of mind collects only the small bottles. Way cool! We also realized that 300ml is a nice portion size. In my experience 300-360ml renders the happy imbiber a nice sake buzz leaving one with a pleasant tippsy feeling without going over the edge.

“There were a couple that I wasn't fond of, but still five stars for the excellent variety and top-notch costumer service. My favorites were the nigori and Dewazakura "Oka". You can taste the floral notes on the aftertaste. I preferred it at room temperature, but it was refreshing colder too.”

Our favorite was the bijin, if you dont drink it too cold it has an amazing smell, almost a ricarde or ouzo hint. Our least favorite was the most beautiful bottle, the nigiri snow maiden; we just did not like it. The videos are great, but we have sake where we are from and for us the info cards were the best and a great way to save what we liked and note what we did not. Turned around and pre-purchased two more months we liked it so much!”
