I've greatly enjoyed every bottle I've had to myself or shared with friends. I look forward to having more.

All of the sake was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. I even made a YouTube video about it! https://youtu.be/iaAm9AGMBOw

The welcome box was a great addition. It was nice to know where each sake comes from and how best to prepare, store and enjoy your sake.

Beautifully packaged, amazing sake. So far each bottle has been excellent, although different. Inlove the informational cards on each bottle, such a great touch! Looking forward to my next box!

Although we’ve been drinking sake for years, usually with sushi or sashimi, we had little appreciation of the diversity, complexity, and often subtle differences in sake. The two six bottle boxes have helped us to obtain a more refined palate when it comes to sake. We would usually compare two different sakes at a time, with foods from raw oysters, sushi, and lobster rolls among other selections. My spouse & split over which was better Kamotsuru Itteki Nyukon or Chiyonosono Shared Promise. We both agreed, however, that Chiyonosono Shared Promise was best with a clam-less clam chowder. It had a very nice initial flavor and very clean finish. We would consider purchasing both in the future. All of the sakes went well with the foods, were pleasant and very drinkable but some paired better than others with the different foods. For instance, we found that Dassai 45 (from the first box) went best with the lobster rolls. From the second box we thought Kamotsuru Itteki Nyukon went best with the raw oysters. We have enjoyed the experience so much that we have ordered two boxes for our son and daughter-in-law, the first box to arrive for their wedding anniversary. One downside to our more educated palates (with much more to be learned) is that I purchased an inexpensive sake available locally that I once enjoyed but I no longer found it acceptable!
