“This is an excellent Junmai Gingo. It starts off fresh and bright on the tongue and finishes with spice and pepper. However, a real treat with the sake is a hint of caramel. This sake is one that can be enjoyed on its own.”
“This another home run for me. Very light bodied sake that is smooth acidic taste that is pleasantly refreshing. I take melon, maybe lemongrass, and definitely alcohol but the alcohol doesn’t take away the amazing taste. I recommend this to anyone who wants a great sake to try on it’s own.”
