Smooth and light, combines subtle notes of watermelon and banana with a dry finish. I enjoyed it cold but also hot at 120oF enhancing its delicate sweetness. A delicious companion to sashimi

We love that you tried this hot, too! Stay tuned for their amazing sparkling sake... not really available in the U.S. right now, but we're on a mission to carry it... hopefully in a year or two....

Solid sake - it's listed as "light and dry" here on Tippsy...but it's on the verge of what I'd consider "light and sweet". It's not sugary-sweet but def not as dry as some others in the "light and dry" category. It's not so sweet that I need to drink it with spicy food...in fact, my dad and I enjoyed it after dinner on it's own. It's a really good sake that people with different palates could enjoy.
