“The cedar flavor is very prominent, which for some may be a good thing. It's definitely interesting but it's a bit of a strong taste.”

“This Taru sake has a full flavor and good balance of natural cedar, very smooth and dry and mineral. . I like to drink with very chilled also room temp , good pairing sake with cheeses and charcuterie too!”
