So smooth to drink. Me and my father in law finished the whole bottle in one night!

I liked this nihonshu a lot. Overall I prefer dry sake that is fragrant. This had a subtle sweetness I found pleasing. It goes well with beef I think. Would order again.

Take the bull by the horns. Saddle up. Ride this wooly beast bareback. I love this user-friendly pure rice bucking (bronco). Be a macho マン. See if you can stay on board until you hear the bell. Rodeo King, you are. Actually much milder than I’m letting on. This is a juicy, thirst quencher. Round and ready for your lips. Buy it. Enjoy it. Life is good!

The bottle is miss leading. ( I received a white bottle sandblasted thought it was less filtered.) It is a clear Sake. Hot/Cold doesn't do this justice. Above room temp thinking 80-90 F / 31- 43 C. This Sake has "Meat on its bones." You will taste it. As a palet cleanser which is how I was using it. Sushi/Sashimi. Raw fish. Nice between but might be a bit OVER powering. Taste lingers. Water, talk then food.

My new favorite (reasonably priced) sake. On the lighter side, but still has just enough of the pleasant 'bite' that makes sake unique. Good chilled, but I actually prefer it as room temperature.
