“The bottle is miss leading. ( I received a white bottle sandblasted thought it was less filtered.) It is a clear Sake. Hot/Cold doesn't do this justice. Above room temp thinking 80-90 F / 31- 43 C.
This Sake has "Meat on its bones." You will taste it. As a palet cleanser which is how I was using it. Sushi/Sashimi. Raw fish. Nice between but might be a bit OVER powering. Taste lingers. Water, talk then food.”
