“Very smooth taste, especially when chilled. Enjoyed it with a nice pork chop and sesame rice. Sniff was a little harsh, almost like watered paint thinner, but the taste more then made up for it.”
“Was very excited to try the Fukuju blue from my first sake subscription box. Perfect pairing with beef and shrimp stir fry. Not a hit for me unfortunately. This was kind of dry with an unexplainable spicy after taste and I didn't get the mango and pineapple notes at all. I prefer floral, slightly sweeter sakes. This is by no stretch a bad sake, just not the one for me. Looking forward to trying the next one.”
