“I really love this sake. It's a slight step up from an "every day" sake - a bit more refined. Just interesting enough, yet smooth and balanced. It has a tiny little bite to it, but not too much of that grain alcohol zing. Slightly fruity, not too sweet. It's become my go-to and the price point is awesome for the quality. (I actually like it more than many $40-50+ sakes that I've had.)”
