Yes Hakutsuru “Junmai Ginjo” is really clean and smooth sake if you cold.
Junmai ginjo is kind of tricky sake, but if you love it, I recommended some sake box! It is really good opportunity to try some different taste sake.

“Not the biggest fan of this sake. Not very complex but it is pleasantly smooth. The after taste actually brings a little more flavor than the initial drink itself, heavy on the citrusy side with a little hint of sweetness that becomes more apparent as it warms. Easy to drink and really great as an aperitif.”
