This is an amazing sake for the price. It is wonderful served ice cold. I have enjoyed pairing it with so many different types of food. I ordered it based on the reviews and price. I wanted to see why so many loved it. Well, it is delicious and inexpensive. I loved it so much, I ordered another bottle after I finished the first. I will continue to order it again and again. Try it, you will love it!

Dry and gentle sake with a smooth, fruity finish. Very drinkable (especially when well-chilled), and superb with sushi!

Hakutsuru “Junmai Ginjo” is a very smooth and gentle sake with light fruit smell. You will be more enjoyed if it served cold with fresh food. It is really a balanced sake, not too sweet or too dry.

This is a very good sake. It is extremely drinkable. It has a melony nose that hints at what is to come. The first sip of this sake is so smooth, it feels as if you're drinking cool spring water. Then the fruitiness hits you, followed up by a crisp finish. What a treat!

1/2 of the bottles I ordered, first time trying sake. This one had a stronger taste of alcohol than i was expecting but it was very bearable.
