“I have not found a Nigori I did not like...until now. I normally love Nigori but I did not care for this one. It had a strong grain alcohol taste and was not very smooth. It has a sweetness rating of -11 but did not taste that sweet. However, none of this stopped me from drinking the whole bottle!!”
“You have to like nigori style/unfiltered sake so I guess this is not for everyone but I very much enjoyed its smoothness and creaminess, particularly over ice. It makes for a great dessert/after dinner drink.”
