Jozen “Pink” is rich and dry sake, so it pairs with sushi or sashimi. Yes, it also has a unique and beautiful body. If you like this sake, I recommend that Jozen " aqua"
“I must admit I was a bit disappointed in both this "Pink" and the Jozen "Aqua." They were fine to drink, but both tasted very booze-forward. I like plenty of other sakes that have 16% alcohol content, so that isn't the issue. I felt the alcohol flavor wasn't balanced enough with the more subtle fruit notes. With so many amazing sakes to choose from on this website, I probably wouldn't order this again.”
