“This sake is strong on the nose , chilled you will have a very present taste of alcohol with great trailing flavors , I would suggest this to anyone who has already tried softer (lower) alcohol sake and wanting an extra kick .”
“As I wrote in my review of the Jozen "Pink," I felt both tasted very booze-forward. I like plenty of other sakes that have 16-17% alcohol content, so that isn't the issue. I felt the alcohol flavor wasn't balanced enough with the more subtle fruit notes. It's a pass for me.”
