“I’d give this 1 1/2 stars. Not great. Weird flavor, the taste and mouthfeel is like chalk. Had no hint of sweetness that I’m used to with Nigori. I couldn’t even finish the bottle, maybe I got a bad one?”

Hakushika “Snow Beauty” has an almost wine-like undertone, so someone does not like this taste of sake. This sake supported by a hearty thickness and rice flavor. If you would like to drink some other Nigori, we have an assorted Nigori set on our website.
