“This is the second time I have tried the Dassai 45 and this was the first premium sake that I introduced to my hitherto non-sake drinking friends. They absolutely loved it and they didn't realize that sake could have such "complex flavor profiles". The Dassai 45 really piqued their interest and I think it could be a great way to introduce premium sake to those who don't really have much experience drinking sake.”
