“Heavenly. This sake is light, crisp, fruity, and slightly floral. It has a very clear, clean taste. It's almost sweet, but not too sweet, and not sugary. I get a slight flavor of melons at the end. This would make a nice summer staple, in my opinion.
As far as food pairings, I sipped this with an arugula/prosciutto salad, with a vinegar dressing, and that really seemed to bring out the whole basket of fruit flavors in this sake.”
“Delicious! Very aromatic, with beautiful notes of melon and fruit. Very smooth as to be expected with a Nigori, even one as refined as this daiginjo. Can’t praise it enough, definitely a must try for all sake fans”
