Hi Bea, Thank you so much for your a lot of review. Hakushika “Kuromatsu” is great brand and it is light and clean. You also felt dry. If you would like to order some dry sake, we have a lot of choice. I hope you will find your new favorite sake on our website. Otokoyama is really dryone but not heavy, so I recommend it.
