“I always feel bad not giving a sake a less than stellar review. But This one has a very cool backstory.... And a crisp clean taste. However, it almost tastes "too pure." I like the fact that other sake is linger on your palette a little bit longer, and have different levels of mineral or other Hard to describe tasting notes that affect the pallete. This one does not linger as long and I drink it cool for the record.”
