“Delicious. On first sip it it has quite a bold taste although classified as a light and dry sake. I think the dryness contributes to that in the first sip. But as you continue drinking it is definitely easy drinking with a very smooth and refined finish. Highly recommend.”
“This was not to my taste. I'm not a big fan of umami and it was fairly a strong aftertaste for this one. If you do like umami though, then I would recommend you give this a try. Definitely not a sweet one, so that's nice about it. I appreciated getting this in my subscription box so that I didn't have a large bottle.”
