Really rated this a 4.5, its very nice aftertaste and pleasant to drink without any burn. Delicious and better cold and over ice.

Delicious. On first sip it it has quite a bold taste although classified as a light and dry sake. I think the dryness contributes to that in the first sip. But as you continue drinking it is definitely easy drinking with a very smooth and refined finish. Highly recommend.

This was not to my taste. I'm not a big fan of umami and it was fairly a strong aftertaste for this one. If you do like umami though, then I would recommend you give this a try. Definitely not a sweet one, so that's nice about it. I appreciated getting this in my subscription box so that I didn't have a large bottle.

I dont recall this one as being one of my favorites in the last box, perhaps because of its dryness, but I am sure it would be perfect for someone looking for that particular quality.

Super dry as it's labeled. It's not my favor, but I'm sure others might like it.
