“This was a fantastic sake with definite notes of melon and fruit. I had this chilled and paired it with sushi. It's a sake that I think I could keep drinking all night as it melded fantastically with all the different fish I had. I also found it was delicious after having a ginger palate cleanser in between the different fish.”
