“For a Daiginjo, this sake has a medium toward rich taste, with sweet first-taste, and slightly richer and dense finish, then very minor bitter after-taste. I had it cold, which makes it perfect. Do not have it over ice, if you have a sake bottle with ice chamber, use it, or you can just put the bottle into fridge. But do not over-chill it.”
