“Dry and light with aroma hints to spices and flowers. Not a big surprise as a hot sake category champion to taste awesome at 120oF, however it is so well balance between dryness and acidity that even cold is a pleasure, better in ochoko to bump a little sweetness notes”
“It has a nice aroma. While its SMV is +5.5 and Acidity is 1.2, I did not find it dry or light enough, though my wife found it a bit too try. We both agreed, however, that it tasted great when it was served hot.”
