“This sake was one of a number of the spring seasonal Nama Genshu sakes that I tried and it was at the top my list. Bright with a sweet start finishing very clean. It had a bit of that Nama sparkle. Some of the others required a bit of time in the fridge to mellow just a bit (for me), but this was great from the start. I highly recommend it!”
