Smooth and sweet. Great sake for the price. Strongly suggest taking your time drinking this starting cold and going to room temperature to experience the development of flavors as the temperature of the sake changes.

Hi, Thank you so much for your review, Tengumai “50” is smooth and sweet sake. Yes, the temperature change sake taste. Tengumai has some other series which is Tengumai “Junmai”. It is rich and dry sake.

Smooth with a nice hint of mint and lemon citrus when it's colder and transitions to a comfortable peach note when it hits room temp. Definitely worth getting.

Hi Robert, Thank you so much for your review. Yes! Tengumai “50” is really smooth and light sake. It taste like mint or pear, so it pair with some grilled meat and light fish.

This is a great sake, very smooth, and at a great price for any Junmai Daigingo. Which means no added alcohol, and the rice is milled to at least 50%. Which presents a full bodied, rich sake with a lingering flavor, and pleasant aftertaste. Highly recommend, I have 3 (okay, 2 and a half) in my refrigerator right now!
