“Excellent sake. Once the polishing rate hits 50, it's a whole different sake. The excess starch is taken away with further polishing, leaving more of a "creamy" taste, at least in my opinion. It's hard to describe. But, junmai daigingo is always no added alcohol, and at least 50% polishing rate. The best, this one included!”
