“This was a really fantastic ginjo-shu. We enjoyed with sushi. It's ricey, slightly sweet, fruity. The higher alcohol content is rounded out by the Ryujin's nama freshness. I recommend this strongly and will purchase again. Great value for a well-made sake.”
“Oh my, what is this?! that was the (positive) reaction we had upon taking the 1st sip of this sake. It's creamy, light and sweet, with delicate fruit nuances but so rich and flavorful at the same time! We had it with sushi and it paired really well, however, in the future I think I would just like to have it as an aperitiff or after dinner drink because it is so delicious on its own.”
“One of my absolute Favorites. Dragon God - Ryujin “Kakushi Ginjo”. Soft nose, and very smooth almost cream like flavor. Very little burn - more like a tingle, on the back end. Slightly sweet and pairs very well with sushi sashimi (salmon, scallop, uni, etc.).
If it weren't for the label, I'd swear this was a Daijingo. This is a very well crafted sake!!”
