A calming and slow feeling sake that warms the heart and belly. It gently moves its flavors over the tongue, taking its time to fully express itself. Like a bottled bit of poetry for the tongue.

A wonderful taste! Embodies the Nagano/Niigata tokubetsu junmai flavor style. This is a delicious sake that stands on its own. I served it at my wedding and guests were delighted.

My style. Aroma is like one of those tropical fruit rice pudding desserts. Out of the fridge it is very bright and zesty with a bit of acid. Warmed up slightly it becomes creamy and tropical. I actually get a bit of nuttiness which I've only ever had on one other sake and I love it.
