“My style. Aroma is like one of those tropical fruit rice pudding desserts. Out of the fridge it is very bright and zesty with a bit of acid. Warmed up slightly it becomes creamy and tropical. I actually get a bit of nuttiness which I've only ever had on one other sake and I love it.”
