“This was an interesting sake for sure, got it in my February sake subscription box and it was the first one the group tried. it was quite dry with extremely subtle flavors. I didn't quite get the pear or sweet rice notes that it mentions in the product description but this was still an enjoyable sake to drink. Seems like it should go well with most sushi or white meats.”
