“I was happy to get some (suggested) hot sakes with my latest shipment and this one is very interesting? I probably couldn't have placed lemon, but it does have a kind of sweet cirtus-y acidity and sweetness. I'm just glad to enjoy a hot sake since the weather is cold!”
“Initial impression was meh, I found the flavor profile very weak and uninteresting when drunk chilled from glass or cup. Slightly Better when from masu.
However, imho this particular sake shines when heated, especially to close to 120F which is unusual for a sake. Still smooth but with nice hints of melon coming through stronger.”
