Mio is so sweet sake, so it is good for the entry sake. This sake must be good pair with some light seafoods and fruits. We also have some different sweet sake which is Yuzu, Plum or Nigori sake on our website!

Thank you so much for your review. Shirakabegura “Mio” is so sweet sake, so this sake is really good sake to the entry. If you would like to try more dry and heavy sake, I recommend that Otokoyama which is dry sake. I hope you will like that sake!
