“Oh man this bottle here of sake is an absolute delight. My boss gave me a bottle for Christmas as a job well done. I had no idea what awaited me with this bottle. All he told me is that it was sparkling sake. That already have me extremely confused. Sparkling sake? What is that?
Well I opened it when I got home and I was delightfully surprised. The initial taste, the after taste and the aroma of this sake is just masterful. I have tried it both cold and warm. Yes it is the best when it is cold. But if you really want to taste the sake and get a hit of it, leave this bottle at room temp and than server.
I have served this both ways to guests and nobody has every complained, yet. If you are looking to pick up a bottle at of curiosity, do it. You will not be dissapointed.”
