“This sake really wowed me! It has this perfect balance where the strawberry notes are obvious enough to be enjoyed but subtle enough that this is a drinkable sake if you wanted to have it with a meal. The gentle sweetness hits you first, then develops into a pure sake taste, then you get just a hint of sourness at the back end. The nose is really sweet and fruity but it's much more subdued on the palate. I look forward to adding this sake to my cart again!”
