“Incredibly refreshing! When I first got it I was honestly expecting it to be on the sweeter side, but it has this lovely acidity that's so reminiscent of fresh strawberries. It's very palatable, and not too heavy at all.”

It has this perfect balance where the strawberry notes are obvious enough to be enjoyed but subtle enough that this is a drinkable sake if you wanted to have it with a meal. The gentle sweetness hits you first, then develops into a pure sake taste, then you get just a hint of sourness at the back end. The nose is really sweet and fruity but it's much more subdued on the palate. I look forward to adding this sake to my cart again!”
